The former town house from 1904 is at the central Plaza de Espana in the historical district Dalt Vial in Ibiza Town. The balconies of the upper floors enable great views to the city and the harbor.

The design of the nine suites and three rooms are typical of the country and simple with a touch of decadence. The rooms are air-conditioned and technically up to date. Period furniture from different eras provide comfort. Particularly noble act marble paneling in the bathrooms with whirlpool baths. A secluded courtyard with terrace and pool facilities are provided, such as the relaxation area with sauna cabin, shower and some fitness equipment.

In the hotel the breakfast is served on request in the room and guests can choose between three variants. The restaurant „Es Mirador“ serves Spanish specialties and from the wine cellar „La Enoteca“ comes the good wines. In the evenings at the Mirador de Dalt Vila, the cocktail bar is open.
